This course is
designed to teach the student all
Nevada
Law pertaining to
Nevada
property management and everything the
student needs to know to pass the Nevada
Property Management permit test. The
state of Nevada
requires anyone conducting Property
Management related activities to maintain
an active property management permit.
The Nevada
property management permit is an attachment
to a Nevada
Real Estate License and therefore, the
student must have an active Nevada real estate
license before activating the permit.
(Students can take the course prior
to Real Estate education or licensure
but are advised that the real estate
license is required to practice property
management)
The course is
taught over three days: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with the Nevada
state permit test scheduled any day after course completion (allowing
for study and review). The course is designed to satisfy the 24 hours
of education required by the State of Nevada
for the Nevada
property management permit. After completing the three-day course
(100% attendance is mandatory), the student will be prepared to take
the Nevada
property management permit examination.
This course
cannot be completed by home study and therefore classroom attendance

The cost of the
course is $220 (Normal tuition is $240 - $20 Online Coupon), the tuition includes a classroom manual covering
the material you'll be responsible to know for the Nevada
exam. The optional textbook titled Property Management by
Robert Kyle is $45.00. (This textbook is not required for the
permit examination, but is suggested for additional test prep and
practical use)
Classes are
limited to 40 students and enrollment is based on a first-come,
first-serve basis. You must register and pay for the course prior to
the first day of class.
The property
management permit exam can only be taken at the
PSI
testing centers in Nevada.
The cost of the exam is $75.00, payable to
PSI
testing company upon registering for the test. Students are
encouraged to register for the exam only after the successful
completion of the 24 hour course.
The state of
Nevada requires:
24 hours of property management education and a passing score of 75%
or better to activate the property
management permit in Nevada.
The cost of the permit is $40, payable to the Nevada
Real Estate Division at the time of permit activation.
