The Nevada Mortgage Lending Division requires 10 hours of continuing education to renew the Nevada Mortgage Agent License.

Key Realty School offers the 10 hour continuing education requirement through its Real Estate Finance course work. The most popular way to complete the Mortgage Agent 10 hour renewal course work is by correspondence. This course work involves a magazine text and a course workbook to aid a student in understanding the text. A student would study the workbook, which breaks down the content of the national magazine. As soon as the student feels confident with the material presented in the workbook, the student can take the completion quiz through the internet, by fax or in person. The completion quiz allows Key Realty School to provide the student with the required completion certificate of education. (If the student fails the quiz, the student may take the quiz over at no additional cost) Use this link for additional information about testing with Key Realty School: Certificate Testing with Key Realty School
