Key Realty School Post Licensing
education is now available by live and streaming video. This method of
instruction is only available to those students who report residency outside
of Clark County Nevada or Washoe County Nevada. Students residing in the
following cities may not take this option for credit:
Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, Reno, Carson City,
Sparks. (These students must select
the classroom option) The online option provides the
same required topics of Post Licensing but with the ease of offsite
attendance. The fee for Post Licensing education through live and streaming
video is $375. (This fee is $80 more than live classroom instruction due to
extra monitoring and services that are provided to online attendees)
Students who qualify for this method of
instruction must select a start date from the in class calendar noted.
***NOTE: Students completing the course through streaming video may only
select day sessions. (Night sessions do not have streaming video broadcasts)

presentations already scheduled, but their attendance will be through live
online video. Online students should allocate all times noted on the
calendar to be in attendance of the course as attendance will be monitored
by the classroom administrator. A high speed internet connection is
necessary for the live streaming video course. Students enrolling for the
online post licensing course will be sent course policies and procedures
upon enrollment by email. This email will include the contact information
for the course administrator. Please contact the admissions office of the
school (800 472 3893) if the administrator does not provide contact
information through email, as correspondence with the course administrator
is a key element in the completion of the Post licensing course through
streaming video.

Licensees who receive the
Nevada Real Estate license after January 1 2006 must take the Nevada Post Licensing course. This
course consists of 15 state pre determined modules in the following topic

This course is
specifically designed to maintain a students understanding of the real
estate field and sales process as they progress through their first year of
licensure. The course will provide practical insight into specific
situations and how to better serve their clients throughout both the
listing and sales process.
All students receive a certificate of education
upon successful completion of all 15 modules.

The instructors for this course are:
Ted Federwitz – As
a broker for over 700 million dollars in sales over the last two decades
Ted brings experience and time tested results to this educational
process.
Layne
Grubb – As an
office manager Layne provides specific insight into the day to day workings
of a transaction and the resolution to the most commonly reported problems.
Students can take the
Post Licensing course anytime after application of the license has been
received by the Nevada Real Estate Division. Licensees renewing their
license for the first time whose license was activated prior to 2006 may
select to complete the post training course for the first renewal education
OR take 30 hours of generic real estate education.
The tuition of the Post Licensing course through
streaming video is: $375
This tuition is paid at
the time of enrollment. Online class sizes are limited to 50 students and do
become full in advance. It is recommended that students enroll in advance
to assure the availability of the course through streaming video.
