Key Realty School has several review options designed to
assist the student in preparation for the Nevada Real
Estate licensing exam. (DVD, CD Rom, Audio and One Day
Test Prep)
Exam
Prep DVD - The DVD Exam
prep video is specifically designed to condense the
primary learning objectives of the Nevada Real Estate
Pre Licensing course into 4 hours of instruction. This 2
disc set is designed to play in any DVD or Video CD
system. (DVD Player or Computer) The instructor uses the
PSI test content outline to point out specific "need to
know" items and test preparation techniques for the PSI
exam. Approximately 1.5 hours of the content is
directed toward the 40 question state portion of the
exam and approximately 2.5 hours of the content is
directed toward the 80 question national portion of the
exam. Exam Prep DVD is $50 and includes 2 DVD's
CD
Rom - The CD Rom is
specifically designed to provide students with National
Real Estate Review information and practice exams. With
over 2,000 national practice questions and answers, the
disk will provide students with a complete national
review. The questions and answers are designed to mimic
the National content format as well as the difficultly
level. The National CD Rom is $60 and includes
over 2,000 practice questions and answers
Audio
CD Set - Key Realty
School offers a 5 disc audio CD set that includes three
national prep discs and two state prep discs. (This
audio set is included in the 90 Hour Real Estate Pre
Licensing course) The CD set contains over 4 hours of
instructor commentary designed to prep for both the
state and national portions of the exam. Audio CD
set is $50
The
Review Kit - Key Realty
School offers a package specifically designed to review
a student who has been removed from the academic setting
for the licensing. This includes students upgrading to a
broker license or students who must retake the licensing
exam because their license has expired. This package
includes the CD Rom noted above, the state law audio CD
set, the state law review workbook and the online
practice testing. Review Kit is $100
