Key Realty School, a leader in inspection training and education, offers comprehensive continuing education courses for Inspection renewal. The inspection continuing education course will include aspects of the inspection report and resolutions to common problems occurring in Nevada Inspection. This course meets all educational requirements to renew your inspection certificate including the required safety and law hours.
Twenty Hours of IOS Continuing Education (with 3 hours of Safety & 2 Hours Law) All class times are held in the Friday evening from 5 P.M. to 10 P.M. and Saturday from 3PM to 8PM. Students are required to attend all 4 sessions to obtain the course certificate. (2 Fridays & 2 Saturdays)
The Key Realty School course designed to satisfy the Nevada Continuing Education required is titled: Current Inspection Practices – Course Number CE 0235000-IOS

Course Tuition is $295. The tuition includes all course materials.
Classes are limited to 40 students and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. You must register and pay for the course prior to the day the course begins. Students who enroll online or over the phone will pick up their course materials on the day of the course. Students enrolling in person will receive the materials at enrollment. Certificates of education used toward license renewal will be provided to each student upon course completion.
