Key Realty School offers the 8 Hour SAFE Comprehensive Continuing Education: Compliance in Action for the calendar year, this course satisfies the annual continuing education requirements for MLOs set forth by the SAFE Act. The course covers topics required by the SAFE Act: (3hrs) of federal law, (2hrs) of ethics (which shall include fraud, consumer protection, and fair lending issues), (2hrs) of nontraditional mortgage lending, plus (1hr) of undefined education (elective). The course work can be taken through live classroom lecture OR through online study.

Key Realty School offers the live classroom 8 hour seminar on a regular basis.
Once the tuition is paid, the student will be emailed a student log in which will allow the student to officially reserve a specific date. All classes are held at the Key Realty School Las Vegas Nevada location: 3320 East Flamingo LV NV 89121
All live classroom seminars will be held from 9AM to 530PM (Half hour lunch at 1PM)
The classes always consist of 8 hours wherein a student cannot take nor will be afforded partial credit.
NOTE: No live physical classes are current scheduled lite of the pandemic. Please see the online options at the top of this page.
Once the tuition is paid, the student will be automatically sent a student log in. The log in will provide student with access to an active calendar wherein the student can confirm the specific date from the list above. The aforementioned seat reservation is required as classes do fill up. Classes that are full are removed from the listed noted above wherein all course dates listed are available.
